yes, they are rarely fail. good reputable cards especially. you will keep using it and not knowing when will it fail though. 8gb can store 300-600 RAW files, depends on setting and camera model. which is quite good. nowadays memory is much cheaper and it will take much space whenever you need to bring few. it even can fit 2-3 pcs in your wallet if your camera bag is too full and heavy.

the D7000 turned out to be quite a camera.
very fast AF.
one of the best sensor for DSLR. only best by full frame sensors like D700/D3x.
only draw back that i would like to see is a 1080p30 mode. currently it only support 24p.
and no. i am not buying one.
