    Default Ashaway Silicon 12

This is the latest Silicon Power series from Ashaway.
    So far I know of 3 models: Silicon 8, 10 and 12.

    Here's a pic of the Silicon 12.
It plays like a Yonex MP100 but feels a little lighter.
All the three models have Muscle Power bumps.

The Silicon 10 feels like a Yonex Ti10 with its slim shaft and heavy head.
I haven't had the chance to test the Silicon 8 yet.

Cosmetics are great. High quality finish. Comes with a huge 3 compartment thermo bag!

So does it generate alot of power? I don't think I've seen any Ashaway racquets in Canada.

I would rate its power to be somewhere between MP90 and MP100.
    But its swings much faster.
Definitely a great racket for wrist players.

    Very slightly head heavy.
    Medium flex.
More flexible than MP90 or MP100.
    3U weight.
Very slightly shorter than MP90 and MP100 but still longer than standard length.

i find it kinda strange u can hardly find ashaway racket over in US n canada seeing that it's an american brand
i already have 2 ashaway models:

Since these racquets aren't available in Europe yet, and no Euros (I'm guessing have seen them), they are obviously fake ;P

    Dear Pecheur,
I just have a friendly advice. If you do not have anything constructive to say, than don't say anything at all. Cos' otherwise, you are just making yourself look like a fool.

I strung mine at 24/26 lbs. Feels like it can take 28 lbs easily.
