How does their national sponsorship with their provincial sponsorship, I thought FHF and CY are sponsor by Li Ning?

Their provincial badminton association sponsors are different. Cai Yun's province (Jiangsu) is sponsored by Yonex and Fu Haifeng (Guangzhou) is sponsored by Li-Ning.

Looks more like Li-Ning is packaging a special marketing campaign with their Kason brand around this pair.

Kason bought over by Li-Ning few years back that supposing to target more in mid-low range racket... It's really a good strategy for Li-Ning to promote Kason internationally using Cai Yun and Fu Haifeng as their spokesman...

Good strategy! I would hope that the gear from Kason would be a little cheaper than the current line of N series rackets from Li-Ning. Its a great strategy to use Fu/Cai to promote Kason, which should cater to those who find N series rackets a bit out of their budget.

Kason top end racquets are not cheap though the list price is still lower than Li Ning N series.

However, you can get the N series for less than half their list price but it seems that you can't get Kason for that kind of discount level.

FHF is using a Li Ning racket painted in different colours from his usual racket, the end cap of his racket shows a Li Ning logo during the semi final game yesterday while CY's racket's end cap is covered by a piece of white sticker/tape.

Don't think that is quite right.

Li-Ning bought Kason because Li-Ning wanted to enter the Badminton market but were not a manufacturer of Badminton gear. As I am aware, Kason actually make all the Li-Ning rackets themselves. They also manufacture the Kason own-brand rackets of course, which includes top-end rackets as well as their mid/lower range ones.

Believe me, the top-end Kason rackets are extremely good and arguably on a par with the Li-Ning range.

does this mean they weren't using Kason rackets but instead their favorite lining rackets were made to look like kason?

I too saw the white sticker tape. They are promoting the Kason brand but not using its racquet at the moment, I think so.

that white sticker tap is for his name. all the chinese players have their rackets with that, because of the li-ning rackets which are used by a lot of chines players (for example the N50 )

No, they dont (all). I saw FHF using a repainted Li Ning racket (the Li Ning cap gave it away), and CY used one without the white sticker later on as well. I think they just wanted to cover up the LN logo....
