Yes Chua Chu Kang is a name of a place in Singapore. The comedian is Phua Chu Kang.

Hmmm... I actually like Hafiz's languid style. Of course it would be better if he actually won games, but still... he would be my choice of most 'graceful' (if he tries any harder he could also qualify as the most disgraceful too).
