    you need to get a moderator approval to create a poll.

    which thread and what poll?

    you may pm mods or admin to request the poll. we will consider whether a poll is a necessary or not. there must have some good criteria rather than "i just want a poll" thing. example: "poll : buy Bravesword 11 or not?"
