2010 Japan Open SS Day 2 (Wednesday 22-September)

No thread was created for the 2010 Japan Open SS Day 1 for the Qualifications Round (Tuesday 21-September).

    On Day 2, there are some interesting questions to be answered;

    * WS: How many rounds could Tai Tzu Ying (TPE) be playing?

    * MS: How bad is the injury suffered by Lee Chong Wei?

    * WD: Will Tamaki Fujii/Eriko Tamaki get to play Misaki Matsutomo/Ayaka Takahashi at the Quarter-Finals?

    * MD: Are Koo Kien Keat/Tan Boon Heong ready to capture this event?

    * XD: Can CHN players stop Nova Widianto/Liliyana from making it into the Semi-Finals?
    .

the reason LCW participates is due to sponsor's obligation, hope he has fully recover and does not force himself unnecessarily

Don't be surprised if Wang Yihan can win the WS title in this 2010 Japan Open

I thought it was confirmed that LCW would not attend the 2010 Commonwealth Games

I think LCW's injury still affecting him, his presents in this JO is merely just to test the level of recovery and his fitness.
I dont think he would seriously wanting to win this title this time especially LD is in and CWG and AG is just a couple of month away.

As for KKK/TBH, they better dont play too well in this JO, better prepare the best for CWG and AG......

First time hear you say this, haha! :p CWG they don't need to up their game too much, it's the AG they must be concerned about with all top 4 pairs being there, dark horses including Ko/Yoo are there too.

I always think they are one of the top pair in the world.......just they have attitude problems most of the time.

I think they better save their best for AG to defend their title......

Prof. j...:p:p opsss..jasonmarc, i think LCW presence is more on obligations to Yonex..
if he want to test, he can do at China Masters...by playing too near to CWG and AG is no good

I thought press mentioned the injury very serious....since already treated, can test at JO....LCW have no choice, he must play
in JO, last year, JO, he lost to Simon that time also, he injured but push himself to finish off the match....
after the game he said he need to play since JO is endorsed by Yonex...
Prof. j? legend said he very geng, but gone AWOL...wonder where is he:confused::confused:
