Seeing that KLRC reminded me of Mia Audina ... Wonder if she will make a comeback now that the London 2012 qualification standard has been set by the dutch olympic comittee. For singles a Top 16 world ranking! Nutters ... Makes me wonder if they (the standard is set after deliberation with the national federation I believe) sacrificed the singles non-Yonex sponsored players for the doubles pairs who are all Yonex sponsored and able to play for the Yonex sponsored national team. For doubles the BWF qualifying standard is followed In the past it used to be: reach the quarterfinal of a Super Series tournament and either repeat that or reach the semifinal of the European Championship within the qualifying period.
Hahaha, looks like somebody misses me already. Thanks for remembering. Unfortunately, I missed these two days, been busy with tonnes of experiments in the campus. I try to come tomorrow onwards if possible, and look forward to watching Lin Dan vs Datuk Lee in the final and of course take much pictures with my friend. Sorry for dissapointing BC members.
