I have a collapsed arch, and am starting to develop some pains.

I am a right handed player
the most serious is on my left ankle, the inner and outer area part that connects to the heel seem to have some pain after badminton. I find that i am not able to do other activities for a few days after a serious badminton session.

If i move my left feet around sometimes there is a clicking noise.

I have the same issue on my right foot too, but it's pretty minor i think.

The larger issue with my right foot is the knee, i don't know how to explain it but the knee cap feels a little weird, right below the knee cap seems to be weak and right above the cap as well. also there is a little pain in the lateral area if i grasp it with my finger.

I am wearing yonex SBH-200 and superfeet blue insoles.

I think the issue is i really like to jump smash, and i do it until i'm all tired out. But if i am told not to play this way then its just not fun.

Any suggestions? exercise, ankle support etc?
is this common among badminton players?

What kind of brace would you recommend for my left ankle? and should i get the same 1 for my right ankle even though the pain is somewhat minor?

What kind of knee brace should i get? i think my issue is not just jumpers knee , and i might need a little lateral support but don't want to lose range of motion.
