hi all, I have been seaching on the internet / youtube etc... is hard to find how international player train for badminton ? any one have a rough idea for their training schedule? etc. how many days for physical (gym) train,etc?
I only know that when they train on courtn, it's 4/3 is to 1 . That's when you have to return any shots that come to you from 4 different people .
