Was at RichmondPro for my regular Sunday work-out session and noticed that they had changed their drop-in sessions:

There is now Saturday drop-ins from noon to 3pm (3 hrs) for $4.50/person.

Their Sunday drop-in sessions now start at 7pm to 11pm (4 hrs) for $6.00/person and

Friday morning drop-in sessions from 9am to 12 noon (3 hrs) can participate in a group lesson with one of their coaches (10am to 11:30am). Cost is $9.50/person. The fine print stated that group lesson will only start if a minimum number of participants are registered (don't know what the magic number is).

Their Friday evening drop-ins now start at 9pm to 1am (4 hrs) for $7.00/person
