I stop playing badminton long time ago. And picked it up again recently. I have only played once since the restart.

I was using Carlton 313. Steel shaft. Quite heavy. It's been years I think. Now, I am considering a new racket. Looking on Yonex.

My budget is not huge. 70-90 Malaysian Ringgit.

I have went to Jaya Jusco (Alpha Angle) and found out the following:

    Carbonex7000Plus
    Carbonex5
    MusclePwer3

All without string. If I am buying one without string. Considering BG65

    Any other suggestions for rackets?

Preferable to have a list of shops which offers good price on suggested rackets and if needed good workmanship for stringing. Preferable in Klang Valley. (Precisely: Wangsa Maju or nearby areas)

Are the offers in Jusco considerable?

    Hope to have some guidance.

    Thanks in advance.

jusco offers are only good if there is a sale, ie gosen at 50% off. otherwise, you are better off going to pertama

I think it is offering only 10% I am not sure this period, there is that 10% off a not. Pertama Complex which floor.

Is the Isometric Head really gives a boost? The Carbonex does not offer Isometric!

at this budget level, it doesn't matter. get one that suits your budget and style. any level in pertama would do. try victor or apacs racket, more value for money.

Radius, Muscle Power 3 in your opinion, is it okay? By the way, I am not sure whether it comes with string a not. BG65?

if u drive, AJ at puchong is good shop. i haven't tried muscle 3, but do look out for the quality of grommets, make sure it's not torn or broken when strung. also, choose the spec carefully 2U or 3U , G4 or G5. a smaller grip enables your hand to 'loose' so u can generate more power.

I might put AJ in mind, but may need to do some research on location.

I believe I might go with either 2U or 3U.

For grip, I need advice. No idea. G5 is smaller than G4?

Radius, What do you mean by "enables your hand to 'loose'"?

    Sorry.

    Thanks.

I recall there's a pro shop in Wangsa Maju or Sri Rampai. You could pay a visit the proshop in JJB badminton hall, price range & stringing good also.

sorry typo, smaller grip enables your hand to be 'loose' ie, give it some freespace so u can generate more power. do as search on various grip style and u will know what i mean. so go for a g5 is possible....

    Thank you!

I just bought a racket from Racquet World, Pertama Complex.

    Nanospeed 200 (3U G4), BG 65, Bag.

Really happy with the promotion price.
