3 days over the w/end is not too long. The closest facility is in Kowloon Park. It's a bit of a walk from your hotel. It has ten courts and the air con creates a draught for those feather shuttles. It's a goverment facility so standard price of 59HKD per hour.
Not sure of any clubs that play there though, but there are always groups of people with private bookings.

Also close to Kowloon park is Koon(?spelling) Chung complex. on Bowring street. That is somewhere on the 6th floor above a wetmarket. ALso 59HKD/hour

To get to these places, the best thing to do(as you are a tourist) is to take the underground train one stop to 'Jordan' station and go out of exit C2 which takes you to Bowring Street.

Both these places are also very close to 'Luxis' shop

See shopping in HK in the FAQ section for directions.
