I'm having problem with hitting to the backcourt lately, I dont know if it's because that I have stop playing for one year plus before this.

How do I be able to hit to the backcourt again?

If you mean hitting from baseline to baseline, it might help to practise your overhead swing. A few months ago I could not do so either, a more experienced friend helped me correct my technique and I sometimes hit it out if I just try to put my racket through the shuttle.

For me, my forehand grip was a bit off and limiting the swing range with my wrist, and I have to turn my body as well to get enough power in the stroke.

Anyway I am still quite a beginner in terms of skill level so perhaps a more experienced player could offer more useful advice.

You can either practice the right technique or think about something that makes you mad and hit that shuttlecock until it breaks :).
