Well, broke a string halfway through first game on a slight, not very hard, mis-hit, so no report yet.

Figure on replacing the string if you get one....they had a kind of "pingy" or "twangy" sound...maybe they used old banjo strings.

It was a closeout racket, so maybe they were quite old/brittle.

I've played a few times now with this racquet and I think i like it. It's a fairly light, quick, maneuverable defensive racket. Head light, but not excessively so, even with an overgrip. No problem with clears if you hit in the sweet spot, but not the most powerful smashing racket, as is to be expected. As stated before, count on replacing the strings...I had re-strung with BG65 at 22#. I noticed the top cross-string was missing, too, from the factory, probably contributing to the break....my un-expert $.02 worth.

    Yang Yang Enviro Star 3000, 5000, 6000.

I & a group of my playing buddy have used the above Yang Yang rackets for the last 4 years, love it, good control, repulsive esp back hand, light feeling easy to maneuver. decided to try their Pro range later this month.
It is recommended to use thinner string like 65-66 micron thickness. BG 65 / 70 micron is too thick !

I'm using ONLY Yang Yang Environ 9000. Its my favourite racket. Yang-Yang just fazed out the entire model. I can't seem to get them anywhere. Anyone can help me by telling me where to look for this racket in KL, I would be very thankful.

Yang Yang racket is really good. Currently, Yang Yang evolved new brand - YOUNG which racket Y-Flash 80,90,100 (attacking racket) use by its brand ambassador - Pornpawee Chochuwong. Is an excellent racket, worth to buy.
