sports that increase stamina the best?
i just started badminton 5 months ago and i just found out that i really lacks stamina so...is jogging the best sport to increase stamina? my choices are skipping jogging swimming...(will learn how to bike if if helps =) )

A regular sprint does the trick. I too have been doing the same. I'm in beginning phases but surely feel the difference. Start slow & gradually speedup.

Basketball, squash and running stairs have all worked for me.
