it looks like a carlton original grip to me. i had a carlton racket and the original grip looked exactly like that. i think i saw some the last time i went to asbys

Looks like a Kason I have but there are a few grips with the ripple/ridge on the outside, just not necessarily leather ones: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/foru...rips&p=1415372 The SOTX one looks pretty close ...

I agree with Carlton...I had one a few years ago...the small ribbing is reminiscent of their style...
