I found the line judging in this Asian Games really appalling

Did anyone watch the XD semi-finals? The Chinese players sent a few shots out but the line judges had the audacity to call them in.

Are these line judges qualified at all? The organisers should ask the umpires to stand in as line judges for the important matches.

Hard for me to judge. Most of the matches I have watched were OK, and I have watched maybe 12-15 of them. Naturally, a few blown calls, a couple of blatant homer calls, but for the most part, seems OK.

there was also a bad call against LD in quarter final i think. it was out and called in. seems to always be the sideline on the forehand side of the far court.

It (bad line call) happens everywhere and I don't think this is part of their (CHN camp) strategies to win the golds here at AG

I also don't understand why sometimes there's something controversials line call ESPECIALLY involving chinese player, they won't replay back the shot? (FROM THE CAMERA THAT AIMING THE BASELINE)..Since they can replay it brilliantly sometimes?

Yeah, I noticed it too, especially the call favours the CHN players.

That is what you call home ground influences. The camera man for the arena giant screen knew whether a bad call was made or not so it doesn't look wise to replay those shots.

Contrastingly, the live feed was showing it.
