This place is quite easy to find, just directly opposite Giant Plentong, turn left immediately after you pass the BHP Petrol Station.

The rubber courts are not open to public yet, should be ready by next week. The rubber is a bit thick and soft, so you may feel that it's very hard to move on the court. Wooden courts are ok. Spaces between the courts are narrow.
