    Discover the fun of badminton and add a little variety to your workout. Perfect for beginners or those wanting to brush up on your skills. This 4 day clinic will teach the basics, intermediate and advance level of badminton. These badminton lessons for beginning badminton, intermediate and advance players will help you discover, fine tune or improve techniques. Open to all, this clinic aims to introduce badminton techniques in a dynamic and easy understanding way.

    Price for clinic: CAD$240 (includes courts and birds).Session will be held December 27 to December 30, hours are from 10am to 12pm (12pm to 1 pm lunch break) resume at 1pm to 4pm.

    Classes consist of 3 hours of technique and drill work (involving racket techniques, foot/handwork), 1 hour of practice and game play, and 1 hour of physical training, developments exercise and streach.

    Please bring your own badminton racket, Skipping rope (please advise in advance if you do not have one They will be on sale for 5$ each plastic grade) and come equipped with a change of clothes and your own water.

    -Rear court forehand clear
    -Rear court overhead techniques
    -Mid court forehand clear and push
    -Mid court backhand clear and push
    -Attacking clear
    -Front court forehand lift
    -Front court backhand lift
    -Full court footwork drills
    -Drop shot techniques
    -Net shot techniques
    -Smash
    -Backhand serve
    -Backhand clear
    -Basic double game positioning concept and tactics
    -More…

    Time and location will be arranged based on availability. Lessons are conducted in badminton clubs in Markham, Everyday Badminton (near Esna Park Drive and Steelcase Road East), or Scarborough Agincourt Open Badminton Centre (near Birchmount Road and Ellesmere Road).
