This 4 day clinic will teach the basics, intermediate and advance level of badminton. These badminton lessons for beginning badminton, intermediate and advance players will help you discover, fine tune or improve techniques. Open to all, this clinic aims to introduce badminton techniques in a dynamic and easy understanding way. Price for clinic: CAD$240 (includes courts and birds).Session will be held December 27 to December 30, hours are from 10am to 12pm (12pm to 1 pm lunch break) resume at 1pm to 4pm. Classes consist of 3 hours of technique and drill work (involving racket techniques, foot/handwork), 1 hour of practice and game play, and 1 hour of physical training, developments exercise and streach. Please bring your own badminton racket, Skipping rope (please advise in advance if you do not have one They will be on sale for 5$ each plastic grade) and come equipped with a change of clothes and your own water.
