I use lift shoes that i put in my yonex's. That's great for lunging, every move that implies the heel. Too bad there aren't air bubbles @ the front, i cant jump higher. That's my idea, using springs that i put beneath the sole
Don;t need to use spring , my advise is use Mizuno volleyball shoes is good enough , for jumping to smash the shutter !
