Hey everyone I was thinking is there any exercises to improve your split steps in badminton? Sometimes when I'm really tired I will forget to do my split step right after I serve. My service is a high serve and when I forget my split steps I will be totally vulnerable to punches. Is there a way to improve the split steps and make it come naturally instead of me keep having to remember that I have to do one??? I've been skipping so far, does it helps?

HAhaha thats like what I do in training. Yeah as long as you dont know where the next shot will go you will remind yourself to do a split step. Else if you know where the shuttle is going you would just rush over to the next place.
