Yup, I read about the history of the bad blood & how it came about in one of the threads. And due to that, other countries are benefiting from coaching of LM

From Badzine abt LM going INA :http://www.badzine.net/news/indonesi...players/10245/

Yes, but you did not mentioned if its channel through PBSI or independently. There is a big difference in that.

So this Pak Ferry is now bigger than PBSI, he can say here's the $$$ but get me Li Mao??? And then PBSI says: Sure as you wish SIR!! Well to be honest its not my business, and there is nothing illegal in that

the potential sponsor for li mao should channel the fund to pbsi first,

if the main reason is to guarantee lm gets his salary on time

Perhaps its for Pak Ferry peace of mind when giving fund to PBSI, he wants to make sure that its being used properly. I cant blame him

Ferry Stewart should just donate money to PBSI to hire Li Mao.

Question Is Li Mao working for Pak Ferry, or for PBSI?

We then need to look at Li Mao's standpoint. Is Li Mao working for Pak Ferry, or for PBSI?

Yes if this happened in Australia, it will surely dent some reputation. But I guess, its rather common in INA where assurance and attachments go hand in hand

both ways lm is on the losing side,

if working for pbsi (i am sure scope of work is written this way)

and when the fund don't come for whatever reason, he will be speechless..

if working for the sponsor, his work will be affected, also speechless.lol

There is an easy solution to that. The fund or monthly wages or contract should be authorised by PBSI but actual fund is released from pak Ferry account directly. How's that? That way Li Mao can concentrate on his work withour worrying about who is who.

..concur. If the same methods/local coaches don't work, hey why not try another avenue, even if bringing in a coach like LM..
It was proven in the past with INA players being successful under foreign coaches..

As for the funding/sponsorship of LM, i wasn't surprised at all that another individual decided to jump in...although i had a hunch a "bigger" well-known and fully passionate in badminton INA private company was involved..*akhem*..

Most if not all INA past great players are groom locally by local coaches.

There is always pros and cons when hire foreign coaches or bringing another local coaches...it does not mater as long as good result is being produced.
I remembered when REXY or Hendrawan was hired, same concern also happened in MAS badminton...there is nothing new here..just accept that our badminton report is not that great at the moment....mis management as those militaries guys does not know about badminton...plus others to make it complicated "gado gado"..it should be simple..at least it is coordinated...woever hires in the jobs, should pur PBSI as first priority, not the club's interests...period!!
