Real or rumor? Why no one discussing it here?

rough digest (someone please do a full translation)

Li Mao was not seen in the CO this week while he did show up in AG a couple of weeks ago. the rumor is that he has already resigned from the Korean team and heading to Indonesia.

the article then goes into a little bit about Li Mao coaching history, and ends with saying that he is moving to Indonesia for family reasons.

well.....we knew this new months ago....no one really confirms 100% yet..it created a chaos among INA's coaches...some say he may take charge of certain players, some say for back-up players.....this idea came in when INA lost during Thomas cup...actually one of INA's chairman's friend decided to fund Li Mao for PBSI...they did meet in Shanghai months ago...

So far no one really confirms 100%..Li Mao I believe that he has agreement that he can leave Korea team with 10 day notice...

..interesting news...my hunch says, it's pretty much a done deal for Li Mao and he's certainly moving down south to the SEA region, once again..certainly all eyes, esp. fans of INA badminton, will be lasered focused on this developing story~thx for the update, Hau-ge..

Btw, here's a bit of history of Li Mao's move to Korea in 2007.
    http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?40465
Apparently the original contract was for him to last til the 2008 OG; and probably he renewed the contract to last til this yr. He was reportedly paid around $5000/month when he first signed the contract....maybe our BC Korean correspondent, event, can give a bit more insight to this news..

i read in the news (in chinese)
    here is the link
    http://sports.sinchew-i.com/node/15780?tid=3(intewview with li mao)
    and
    http://sports.sinchew-i.com/node/15781?tid=3(taufik opinion on this)

li mao said that his job is done with kba after asian games
he turn down offer from pbsi because pbsi offer him to coach in double department but still in negotiation
he mentioned he will try to get taufik back to pbsi if he join pbsi

    as for 2nd article
taufik said this decision had nothing to do with him as he leave pbsi for almost 2 years and he will not change coach,if he current coach stop coaching, then he will also retired from badminton

the xd coach of korea(not sure his name in english) said li mao mention about leaving few months ago,kba tried to hold li mao but it is hard as kba disallow family to visit the training camp

and neither shld england, look at how eriksson and capello screwed up the national team.
indonesia had such great players, hariyanto arbi, ardy wiranata, joko suprianto to name a few, why can't they are groomed to be coaches?
