Does any supermarket sell it in bulk/carton? Usually i bought it at some petrol station which cost me 2.5 buck and each session we need around 10 bottle so after some calculation maybe buy in bulk/carton will be cheaper for long term?

Gatorade may be bad for your health if you don't really require it. Just plain water will do plus more fruits and vegetables later will be much better.

at rm2.50 per bottle is quite good price unless you plain to buy say 480 bottles

then you may get 50 cents cheaper.

Don't waste your money on Gatorade. Instead just drink enough water for most of your needs during exercise. For really strenuous exercise you can put a small cube of sugar in your mouth and perhaps a very small pinch of salt. But beware of salt as most Asians already consume too much salt in their diet.
As a matter of fact you can make your own sports drink, which has only 3 main ingredients, water, sugar, and salts. I used to make this myself with various percent of salts and sugar (carbs) to suit your own needs. But I stopped this because I don't trust myself with anymore salt over and above what I already get from my diet. But with so much salt in your body taking in additional salt from sports drinks like Gatorade is chancy.
