Bancroft racquet company

I found a vintage racket in a flea market. The seller said it was a badminton racket manufactured by Bancroft. Never heard of the company until I searched it online. They have reputable racket manufacturing history and was bought by Harrow Sports. Not sure about their detailed company info. I'm kinda skeptical if it's a badminton racket because the head and shaft is sort of thick compared to wooden badminton rackets. I will take pictures as soon I get home. the racket in the pic looks like a squash racket.
