injury - rolling foot

    foot injury at my arch.....i can play but after 10-15 mins it hurts. doctors said the arch on right foot is rolling in.....been using hot water bottle and applying less pressure on foot when playing but still hurts....been hurting for 6 months. walking too much also causes the pain....i'm flat footed btw.....


    any recommendations?? i know resting and playing less baddie will help but any other suggestions?? foot massage?

    I understand your problem. My brother is flat footed too and had the same problem, he's cured completely now. I can tell you what his doctor advised.

    1. Give yourself a rest. At least two weeks. No running, no badminton.
    2. Do some exercises. There are some on this page[http://www.ehow.com/how_4550126_rebuild-arches-flat-feet.html]
    3. Before playing badminton or running, use arch insoles. Can be bought on any good shoe shop.
