could find or couldnt find? http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...21-The-Mystery-of-the-quot-IP-quot-Yonex-code this thread just few threads bellow this, on the same 1st page for the time being. have you read through?
QUOTE=demolidor;1585936]I didn't know Singapore amd Malaysia were in the South Pacific [/QUOTE] They are When I went to shop for an Arcsaber Z Slash the shop guy showed me 2 Nanospeed 9900 (At the point I didn't know the difference apart from the Prices) one of them was S$200+ (SP) and the other S$300+(IP) The man said that was IP meaning International Player and SP meaning South Pacific And Singapore would be marked = SG not SP
SP=Singapore. the reason why Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore gets SP code is because Yonex goes through a company called Sunrise in Singapore in order to sub-distribute to Hong Kong and Malaysia. therefore all rackets from there are SP (Singapore) coded. again, this is distribution code, not where the rackets are manufactured. all high end Yonex rackets are made in Japan.
I thought : JP = JAPAN SP = SIngapore IP = International Pacific IMHO, JP and SP coded racket is different. Paint quality wise : JP paint quality is superior than SP Feel : JP racket feels more solid. erm.. i think it is stiffer.
bgk rackets were cheap which mean TH rackets are poor paint and poor material even u buy the z slash model?
I have said what it means above ^ Kwun I understand that it is SP because of Sunrise ALL!! my badminton racket (At the moment) are from Singapore or Asia and they all have on the side the Sunrise holographic logo on the Control Cap
