    JR,

after the Sudirman Cup, will you be taking a rest?

As a professional athelete, what defines your rest day. Do you still go out for a run just to maintain fitness?

How about annual leave? How many days holiday are you allowed to have under your contract?

    Hi Cheung!!

I´m not going to rest very long because I´m writing you from Japan, Tokyo, where I play Japan Open and next week Korea Open.

There will be two weeks of holiday this summer after the summer tournaments.

If I take a day off I try to look at video of my opponents and analyse them and work on my mental training program.

    Kind Regards

    Jonas

    Hi JR,

I'm sure everybody is disppointed with the postponement of the WC, and possibly the Asian tournaments.

Has your team devised any strategy at the moment in terms of altering the training program? Will Morten Frost be working longer with Peter Gade?

Will you bring forward your holiday plans?
