Well the VT-80 may be offer more power for the smash compared to the MX80, but the MX80 makes up for it with better speed. So I guess it all balances out...

A stiffer racket isn't going to make your smashes any better.

The only functional reason to go with a stiffer racket, is if your strength has outstripped the stiffness, adversely effecting directional stability. A racket that is head heavy and stiff in the wrong hands will function pretty much like a lump of wood.

    Sounds right!

To me, I tried my fren Carbonex 21 stiff racquet, my smash imediately become more powerful, faster and easier. Clear with less effort. Then I start to thinking of getting a stiff racquet with head heavy.

More likely due to his strings than the racket, although I submit that ovals tend to have an explosive sweetspot.

after using MX80 for quite some time now, it is the best Victor so far, also the best among my all other rackets
it's a mighty sword, ultimate weapon of choice, the "Excalibur" if you will, truly a masterpiece from Victor, BRAVO!
all my other rackets such as BS10 and SW35 are staying inside my bag most of the time
and I just sold my VT70 TW 3U last week and AT900P SP 3U today
looking forward to try VT80 JP 4U version, still waiting to receive it...

Whilst that is true, the BS10 definitely makes a higher pitched swoosh. I put it down to the angular aerodynamic design. It sounds like it cuts through the air better and more aggressively. Can anyone confirm whether or not the MX80 has the same frame design?

Also, what are the differences between the MX80 and BS10 and is the MX80 coming to the UK?
