is there any new batch of mx80? my first mx80 had a phrase "developed by victor taiwan" at the side of its shaft... and my recently bought mx80 had a different phrase on it which said "made in taiwan"... does anyone have any info on this?

The 2nd batch released last year is the same wording as you had. Even the new model some already changed the bottom cap too (with Taiwan wording like old time)

Juz checking if MX80 is strung using conventional 76 hole method with 2 side lines missing, does it have any impact on the frame or playability ?

If you string with 2 knots without left and right, still okey in conceptually because I never tried before. Without top and bottom okey.
If you string with 4 knots, you have to think where you tight the 2 bottom knots, if you tight outest, the middle you have to add more lbs. if you tight 2nd outest and 4th outest, you will need to add 4 knots lbs to hold it tight, but I believed very fast it will lose tension.

My MX80´s painting on the shaft ending dissolves. Obviously it is because of the adhevise grip (I use frottee grip from victor). Is this normal or rather bad painting quality?

I'm used to that from all kinds of rackets. How quickly it happens depends a bit on both the paint quality and your luck (sometimes you just get a bad one...
), but usually, it just happens at one point. Victor rackets have been rather durable in that regard for me, others lost the cone paint quicker. Although to be entirely honest it's rare for a Victor to make it longer than 12 months as they get used so much.....my 18 months-old Bs10s are still going strong though.
