How good are Gosen rackets? I have just started playing badminton after a very long time recommend me a racket please?
Every company has great rackets gosen for example has their new Ryoga tenbu and issen their armets feel pretty nice too
issen is heavy head, tenbu is light head issen feel like at 700 of yonex more for power play tenbu is more feel like ns9900 of yonex
As ycsia said issen is head heavy and very similar to AT700 whereas Tenbu is lightheaded and similar to Nanospeed 9900. Whether a racket is any good comes down to personal preferance... Do you like AT700?_? Does anyone know what the shiden plays like? I have no idea... Thanks.
shiden is oval head, extra stiff, need some basic skill to use if u just start using ryoga series, better use tendu or issan first
as i know blaze is similiar to tenbu but no so stiff , compare to tenbu tenbu overall tenbu is better
been using roots 6900. the so called ponsak model. got them second hand... the yellow-brown racket looks so nice that i bought all 4 at one go. initially regretted cos found them too stiff and heavy; now love them after using them for a while. they are good n strong rackets. have clashed mind quite a few times and they are still going strong. once clashed with a arc saber, the yellow black one with another player and his broke. then i lent him another of my gosen cos he has no racket and he couldnt play well cos he couldnt swing the racket.
if head heaviness is determine by the racket balance point and weight of the racket, then how come all the gosen racket (root armet series) i view at www.gosen-china.com/product seems to have the same weight of 85 +- 2g and balance point of 285 +- 3 ...
