    Greetings to all badders! :D

    Need some advice/tips here.

I've had 2 blisters both under my left foot, and they are approx. 2 weeks old. :(

I know, you'll ask why didn't I treat it right after I got it? Well normally I just leave it and it'll break and heal.

But apparently this time, it did not. I tried piercing it after a week or so, but no fluid comes out. (Only blood, because I pierce it too deep I guess)

So now, though it still hurts but I kinda got used to it. (Yeah, I still play badminton frequently) Should I stop? And what should I do?

I got this Blister Plaster from Walmart that says Prevent/Heal blisters.

No idea how effective it is though, used it for a few days, but still the same.

Any suggestions will truly be appreciated! Thanks!

To avoid blisters in the near future, try the Thorlo socks.

    http://www.thorlo.com/

They are expensive but they work great!

I used to get a lot of blisters when I played tennis and badminton a few years ago. It turns out that it was the specific shoe that I was wearing which was causing the problem. Maybe that can be a possible source (especially if they are too big)?
