I just changed my grip to this Yonex one(Not sure which one) but I started getting blisters on my fingers. I play about 5 times a week. And was wondering if the grip caused my blisters and if so, what can I do to prevent it?

find a different grip. some grips are more abrasive than others.

It isn't definite that the grip has caused your blisters but if you don't normally suffer from them, it's highly probable. I agree with kwun and LD rules!, you should probably go back to your previous grip to see if it makes a difference.
