World Team Ranking [2010-12-30]

    WORLD MEN‘S & WOMEN'S TEAM RANKING

    Total ranking points of highest ranked three singles players and two doubles pairs from each country shall be compared to determine the overall strength of the team. Where no world ranking is available the ranking points will be taken as zero.

    WORLD MIXED TEAM RANKING

    Total ranking points of highest ranked one men’s singles player, one women’s singles player, one men’s doubles pair, one women’s doubles pair and one mixed doubles pair from each country shall be compared to determine the overall strength of the team. Where no world ranking is available the ranking points will be taken as zero.

    It's interesting to find that the United States and Canada are so closely ranked together in each of the 3 categories. :)

    Wow, Malaysia is all the way down to 18th in the Women's Team Rankings, although they are much better than that...

    It's weird that we have a WAY OVERRATED Men's Team and a VERY UNDERRATED Women's Team. Mixed team sounds fair though.

    A VERY UNDERRATED Women's Team for Malaysia in 2010

    I wouldn't say it's a VERY UNDERRATED Women's Team for Malaysia in 2010.

    When MAS better ladies, like Wong Mew Choo, Julia Wong and Wong Pei Tty, sustained some injuries, there were no other players capable of taking over their roles.
