I've seen many books for coaching, training, etc, etc, but, except badminton laws, i do not know any book written for umpires.

    Do you know any?

I don't really think there is written any books for umpires, the only thing that will come close is maybe the "Recommendations to technical officials" which can be found on the BWF homepage here http://www.bwfbadminton.org/page.aspx?id=14915

You are in Madrid, Spain, right? If affirmative, you may contact the FESBA (CNAB), Federación Española de Bádminton, www.badminton.es.
If you are keen on umpiring, you may find the accreditation licensing information useful.

You must really like: Cambio de servicio, siete iguales, falta, and such, right? Good on you mate!
The Spanish Natl Committee (arbitros) is made up by: Àngels Moncho and Josep Oset (Barca), Àngel Rodríguez (Oviedo). They have put together a graphical list of things an umpire does on court, check this out here, http://bit.ly/f7xnzp.

I also know Carmen Villanueva (Murcia) is a EC umpire, PM me if you want a direct contact.
    • Contact as many of these people and let them know about desire to umpire.
    • Give as many good reasons you can find to umpire.
Todos los la mejores le ven en corte.
