So i recently bought a racket at Impulse sports in Aberdeen center, and their policy is that i can return or exchange within a week. So i brought my racket back there within a week, and they told me that nothing was wrong with it, even though i could obviously see a faulty paint job. Recently (after a month from the purchase) i discovered a crack in the part above the cone on my racket, so i decided to call them just to ask if they could help me out with sending it back to Yonex for a warranty exchange. Instead of helping me out, they guy on the phone told me that they couldn't do anything about it because we don't help our customers return it to the manufacturer. Basically his reply was "All we do is sell you the product and you can go F*CK yourself." I think that they have horrible customer service, and that nobody in the future should plan on purchasing anything from their store. Btw, i paid an extra 10% in that store, compared to the market price and i am not happy at all with the product, nor the service.
because, i wanted to get the signature version of the z-slash, and i'd already gone to Crystal Mall and they had none left in stock... turns out, i could've gone to Tad's or Cleartwo to get it..... :S
