My first thought is that your overgrip (the wrap of your handle) is too rough for you.

Try using softer and smoother overgrips.

Some players doesn't change their grip often, especially on cloth grips. It stinks and gets hardenned. Blisters and pain will occur.

Callus is basically overgrown skin caused by excessive pressure/friction in an area

Wart is a viral skin condition which is contagious

    Only a very brief description

    .
You didn't google or check the dictionary as Sentinel604 suggested.

A wart is a hard rough lump growing on the skin, caused by infection with certain viruses and occurring typically on the hands or feet.

If it's just blisters then I would just give it a rest

But you should definitely change the way you grip your racket cause blisters are formed due to heat + moisture + friction

Don't pop your blisters and risk an infection

See a doc if it gets worse
