Some players doesn't change their grip often, especially on cloth grips. It stinks and gets hardenned. Blisters and pain will occur.

Callus is basically overgrown skin caused by excessive pressure/friction in an area
Wart is a viral skin condition which is contagious

If it's just blisters then I would just give it a rest
But you should definitely change the way you grip your racket cause blisters are formed due to heat + moisture + friction
Don't pop your blisters and risk an infection
See a doc if it gets worse
