great discovery! I'm gonna follow Olga - hope she can grab another title, but what I really hope is that they let her play the big tournaments - also in Asia!

2 Indian shuttlers in the fray.

The recently crowned womens national champion Aditi Mutatkar who will be looking to getting back into the rhythm of playing international tournaments after injury issues, and

youngster Arundhati Pantawane who happens to play with the swedish club TABY will be looking for another creditable showing after her finals appearence at the estonian open.

The match of the day: Friday 6.05 PM Viktor Axelsen - Ville Lang. Young danish talent (JWC) against experienced finnish "veteran".

Upset/surprise of the day : Olga Konon lost against Minatsu Mitani from Japan in first round!

    .
I think Minatsu Mitani[Q] can move into the Semi-Finals now, after defeating Olga Konon[4] 23-25, 21-18, 21-11 in 61 minutes.

Don't think Lianne Tan is as fit as MM (both having played a 3-games match each)

The Minatsu Mitani-vs-Kaori Imabeppu match is playing right now as I type.

I shall give the progressive score as they are playing (So far, they have won 1 game each).

    Game 1: MM-KI 14-21
    Game 2: MM-KI 21-12

    Game 3:
    MM-KI 0-0
