yea.......now's my knee's down... but i will still be playing badminton it was bruised and i twisted both my foot and knee man,i can feel the pain when im typing this
Go see a doctor just to make sure it isn't anything survere. And I would not play badminton during this time. It could just make things worst.
Yeah, Tour, don't play badminton when you're injured like that. I never did, it's better missing badminton for 1 week than for a whole month! Curious.....how did you manage to injure yourself until like that?!
i was playing badminton this few dayz evening and i fell while doing a diving save ....it was drizzling but the match with my friend just got too intense yea, now i felt a little crippling in skool 2day but i feels better than yesterday after i apply some medication
Re: Welcome to the group of "knee injury"... Actually, it is exactly the same as how I injuried my knee. Well, diving saves...
Did you say 'drizzling'? You can't be playing outdoors, surely! Or was your game so 'hot' that you 'sweated' a lot as though it was drizzling from your hair down as in perspiration dropping and dripping all over from head to toe -
Loh - Yes, he did say drizzling. Don't you know our dearest friend here plays badminton outdoors? Perhaps you like the environment, Tour? Tour - Sheesh. You know you shouldn't be playing badminton in the rain!!! I don't even play it outdoors nowadays... the wind affects the whole game. You can't tell how good your oponent is when its windy. Even a slight breeze affects the game. That's my 1/2 cents. LOL.
If Tour can still control his shots in the open-air court (hopefully with the right court measurements) and especially in the rain, eg, smash at the desired spot (without lowering the net!), clear or lob against the strong head wind or able to adjust against a tail wind, can still do delicate net play, then not all is lost. Wait till he plays on a proper (indoor) court - he will be devastating! Many great players in the fifties trained in the open when indoor courts were hard to come by. Wong Peng Soon was one of them and he captured the world with his badminton wizardry?
Well...the last time I played in the open, it was soooo windy. Once you serve, it's sure to fly out of the court, but that was during Chinese New Year. Now it's not so windy. Anyway, Tour, you must be very good then. But playing in the rain?! Come on... Tour : Curious. Where do you find all your friends to play baddy with? Sounds like they can play all right, seeing they can feed the shuttle high enough for you to smash. Most of my friends can barely serve!! Very hard to find friends who know or are even willing to TRY and play badminton! Some people get all the luck....
