heavy legs
I hope that someone can help me with my problem. I play a lot of competition and sometimes tournaments, I always start very well and play quite explosive but if the match is then finished and I can't start a new match right away and rest for 15 minutes or longer, my legs seem to block when I enter the field again for a new match. I see a shuttle coming, my brain gives the signal to my legs to go for it but they respond very slow... maybe it has to do with my age or the fact that I did a lot of powertraining in my younger years and still have muscled legs, I don't know but I would really like to find a solution for this. My legs feel very heavy then even though I'm not tired. Any suggestions ?
Thanks a lot
Jerry

skipping, you should skip when you finish a game to stay light on your feet!
