Nope only the blue/lime version is available. You can check out the stores on the ground level eg Sportshop2000, Alternative Sports etc.

Found this model available in a number of shops in Queensway Shopping centre, Singapore.

The retail price is S$99 and it cost S$74 after discount. Was so tempted to get it

That is ermmm ... CHEAP! Change the Sg "$" into a "€" and you have our local prices. Cheapest place I found so far was ~€70 but only the black version has most/all sizes left in stock, next cheapest is €85 already, most are higher ... who knows they might pop up at the outlet store sooner or later.

The only sites selling the black/red ver. are shuttle-house and amazon.jp; latter is cheaper, but doesn't ship overseas.

Did you mean Adistar which is in purple as shown in the picture at page of this thread?
Is that shoes still available for sale at Singapore? Do you know how much?
How long have you used your Adistar Reiko Shiota?

Found some photos on a Chinese website. This mens model is similar to the Singapore version but the sole is different from the photo posted by demolidor.

That is not true actually, Red/black available everywhere or at least definitely in Europe as well.
