Sensational performance to seal the great victory at Premier KOpen 2011!!!
    A true legend!!!

A great taste of victory after he was robbed in the 2008 edition by the linejudges....

A very patriotic moment for him with the Chinese National Flag....

    Absolutely amazing match!!!!

Thanks very much for giving away the outcome of the match in the thread title, by the way.

Does anyone know if he personally gets the 90.000 USD first-price in mens singles, or if he gets a prcentage of that from the federation?

Volcom, I am very glad that this kind of thread is opened, which is more appropriate compared to :

    "Lee Chong Wei lost again"
    "Lee Chong Wei got thrashed"

and so on. Yes, congratulations to Lin Dan for his USD 90,000 and his massage chair :p And most importantly... for the splendid match he and Lee Chong Wei gave us! No doubt, he is the best in the world and will still have a 60-40 advantage over LCW every time they meet.

Yeah, appreciate LCW for the great match. LD should thank LCW for this victory and respect his opponent.

He certainly did. They both were talking a lot after the match, also when walking back. I can hear a little bit through the Astro. Wonder what they were talking about :)

I heard it too (during the victory lap) and I knew someone would ask. I heard LCW telling LD he was flying home by MAS.

Lin dan indeed rise to the ocassion . Previous matches all turned to rubber games , he 's struggling . Final also rubber.. my heart jump , whenever Lee chong wei scores a point.

    Well done Lin dan !

If LD is fit (injury free) and as a MAS (LCW) supporter, I am happy because LCW is getting nearer to LD. LD needs 3 games to beat him.
