Not entirely ... I couldn't help but notice as well that it had changed. Perhaps more variation in bp in the latest batches?

If it confirm VT80 4U not available in Malaysia, I'll buy the 3U version then. Already have the budget but still hoping I can find the 4U version.

I'll go for VT80 4U also
because my ideal racket is
total weight +/- 94~95 grm
BP +/- 295 mm
anything beyond that is considered heavy
especially VT80 with BP over 300 mm ++
will be too much for me to handle in 3U

I tried both 4u and 3u vt80 in AJ puchong. So definitely in Malaysia.

Question. Anyone knows if 4u vt80 and 4u vt70 has the same weight?

last 2 week went to Bangi, they got 20 unit of VT80 3UG5. They sell it at RM559.

Same here, feel 3U is too heavy for me.

What does "hold" in the chart means? I thought it meant flexible shaft but arc8dx is a stiff racket so my assumption is wrong. Anyone knows?

Means the stringbed holds onto the shuttle for a fraction of a second then releases it while repulsion means it flies off the string bed as soon as it contacts it

does it mean that with a fraction more time, you are more in control in executing different varieties of shots ? And repulsion is more to gain speed ? Thx for expaining.

Well for hold, you have that fraction of a second to place the shot more accurately. With repulsion, you can move your shots quicker and your opponent will have less time to react which is key in doubles.
