maybe you should try a mix string tension, there's a reason for everything.
ok dude, i am thinking to try 23x25 for initial testing, due to my final target rest on 25lbs, as follow the advise from Mr Stringer Chilli ....hope my VT80 will unleash its true power then hehe....

Want to purchase a VT80, and going for a 4U. But can someone fill me in on how Yonex grip sizes work? I think my MX80 and 8DX are G5 size, but my BS10 is ever so slightly thicker than both and I think I prefer it. Does that mean it would be a Yonex G4?

Also, what grip size do most of you prefer? Currently using Yonex Super Grap and RKEP Elite over grips.

Get a G4 naim, it certainly will suit u more, my hand is small, i held the G5 and it felt alright. Then i saw the G4, i held it and it felt awesome. My hand get to cover the racquet grip perfectly. Very nice feeling. I think u should get G4. If u cannot find a G4, get a G5 then put overgrip till it suits u.

Checked my current rackets, and my 8DX and MX80 are G5's, and the BS10 is a G4. I prefer the G5 for the head heavier rackets as it lets me do more of a faster wrist flick (I get sharper and quicker angles compared to the G4) whereas the G4 is fine for the BS10 as it offers a bit more stability and strength.

All my rackets have over grips on them. But if the G5 is too slim with the VT80, I'll just add an extra overgrip. My hands are fairly small anyway.

On second thoughts, playing around with each of them, whilst I get more of a wrist flick with the G5+overgrip, I definitely don't get as much direct control as with G4+overgrip. So I might go G4....hmmm...decisions decisions...

ermm....bro, if that's the case, take smaller one G5. later, still can be adjusted to G4 equivalent. provided the technique is correct. i play with G5 and put thicker grip to suit me.

If you don't mind me asking...how much did you pay? Played another 2.5 hours yesterday. I'm now convinced it's much better than the A900P-LCW by far...my opinion.

The paintwork seems to be one of Yonexs best.
But I feel that it hasn't moved the racquet would on as much as the price suggests.
