I am thinking about buying Panda Power Ultra 2 Racket... Do any of you have it, and you think it is fun to play with it? Also, if I do buy it, do I have warranty on it? Also if I buy it, do I choose the "g" and "mm"? I don't know what they are... can someone explain to me?
it might be better to ask here: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...-40lbs.-String-Tension!&p=1618573#post1618573 I think they discontinue to produce ultra 2, now what they have is ultra pro it is more demanding than ultra 2 if you want to know you will choose weight (gr / gram) and balance point (in mm)
actually it is up to your preference (that's why they let you choose) but there is a range, so you need to make your request in this range. for example 84-86 gram and 290mm-300mm BP (this is range for Trinity pro) unfortunately, there is no other way to know your preference except from experience **it seems that Upro is equal with U2 in term of stiffness, so I guess it is about the same from: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...ing-Tension!&p=1594829&viewfull=1#post1594829 if you ask again about what is head heavy what is head light, you should check threads in BC, use search box on the top right side
........... It means how much the racket weights in the measurement of grams. Example: Racket weighs 82g without string and with orginal grip with racket grip off. If you add an overgrip over the orginal and string it'll weight about 8-12g more depending on the string and grip. Also, you can skip the Ultra 2, buy an ultra Pro it's more of an improvement And ask your questions in the panda thread, more PP users can anwser your questions or contact mjstrings@yahoo.com, he's your closests dealer.
I second that, the Ultra 2 is beautiful racquet, but the Pro is indeed much better as it's faster and more powerful
