Hello everyone, I am a Italian badminton player, and I have played badminton for three years. In my court there isn't a coach and then we have to learn new techniques alone ... so I'm wondering you if you could suggest the type of training to do inside or outside the court, with others or alone. In other words what a coach should teach or a training plan... Or maybe you could suggest me some books to improve my training. Thanks to all
But it don't explain the different workouts to do to improve the various techniques. Or what exercises I do to improve the speed or power, etc....
It does at the end if you download the whole video, youtube cuts that bit out, it's got like water bottle drills and power drills for you
there isn't a book or training guide with video Annexes? So I can read the exercises and see them in the video? cmq thanks for all your suggestions
If you're hung up on exercises there's a bunch of threads in the training depending on what you want to focus on. But I'm opposed to books for one reason and that is it explains something and you can't see in person. And since you can't see the flow of the motions you tend to create weird hitches that wouldn't otherwise exist. But again that is my experience with reading (btw I live in the library lol so I read a lot). But everyone is different I know of one book but I don't remember the title, if I find it I'll drop the ISBN here.
where can i download the whole video? i'm assuming you mean the entire video series, right? and one more thing.. do you know if the full series has english subtitles? i AM mandarin, but not so great at reading... haha
I already checked it in you tube..very nice, got over 20+ episodes to learn especially on badminton basic learning...trying to download all the series...
