Has anyone bought this?? http://www.dealextreme.com/p/nbg95-professional-badminton-string-10m-length-53992
I've ordered iphone stuff from there and it was ok. I have to wonder...if it isn't genuine string there would be a lot of legal repercussions of openly selling it with the Yonex package as one of the pics
yeah. noticed that it is SP. but i don't know if there is any legal issues with selling SPs. Yonex should have no legal rights with people selling side import. but the question is how did dealextreme managed to source side import strings? also noticed that the pic shows the black colored one.
Looks like they are HK based ... "Because DX sends products from Hong Kong (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong government. Customers do not have to pay any sales tax or export duties when they purchase from DX." I thought there was no sales tax in HK anyway?

I am unsure whether DX is a direct-sale online site, or it's either a sales platform like eBay or an affiliate marketing site so when you click on the item it directs you to the seller's site to complete the purchase directly... ??
It seems the store is trustworthy. But the NBG95 strings from this store is OEM(fade/counterfeit) or genuine(original)? Anybody can tell?
How can we differentiate if the string is fake or not? I don't want to take the chance to break my racket because the string snapped by saving a few bucks.
It is not genuine Yonex Nbg 95 string. One of my friend bought 10 from ebay for US $30 and they are not genuine.
I've purchased a couple of items before from an eBay Seller in HK. The last time it took 2 months for the items to arrive, due to stricter security by ICE (US Customs). Before it took a week or two to arrive. adidasCA, It does not really matter if the seller is from ebay or not, they still ship from HK and use HK Post (EMS). Some ebay sellers have a regular website, like Suntek.
Why is this forum so quick to prove "guilty" without any proof? You buy fake items from another source and then all sources are instantly painted with the same brush? I'm not saying it's not possible but seriously?
I never said anything about fake. I think I bought a digital scale from dealextreme before. I've also purchased Xuron cutters from SuntekStore for about 1/3rd the cost. Were the Xuron fake? I don't really know for sure, but they work fine. All forums are quick to pre-judge any statement. It's a matter of the reader to make their own judgement based on their own experience, and not that of others.
