title says it all really. . . i can only access a court about once a week and i would like to have some exercises to practice to improve my game. i've been playing for about a year. thanks!
Im in your boat too I've been going onto youtube and finding videos of beginner footwork, and then writing it down and trying to practice it in my apartment (not very easy btw)

practice correct lunges, sidestep by tiptoeing and salsa while tiptoeing. this is one of my basic footwork drills which i do prior to a recreational game for maintenance.
