Arena already have this. Too much will kill the sport. Those losers will quit. lol.

Yes we should think of the really social players as well. But it is not easy to strike a good balance to ensure that the tourney remains of good quality and interesting. I'm sure over the years there have been changes to make it more attractive. A quota on ex-national players may be a consideration. But the present conditions seem to be satisfactory as the last four teams were not too lopsided in standard.
