SHB-101 Ltd vs SHB-101 M

Hello,

Could anyone enlighten me about the differences between these two shoes? Also, which is more stable and which provides better cushioning? Thanks in advance

P/S- I did try using the search function but did not find anything like this topic. However, sorry if I do create a redundant topic.

it used to be (for the shb 99 and shb 100) that the ltd or limited edition versions of the shoes had a different material for the tongue of the shoe.
i was surprised to find that the 101 ltd didn't follow that trend, but there must be a difference somewhere other than color, no matter how trivial it may seem...

actually, MBS disagrees. "101LTD (both Red and Blue models) have a stiffer back to protect your ankle, but makes turning less easy. 101M has a soft back so turning is easier but less protection on ankle. 101LTD has a softer cushion insole. Weight of all 101 are the same." This is their email to me

Doesn't it ... have a different material for the tongue and maybe different insole? As mentioned before so called LTD's are regular JP versions but in limited quantities for overseas.
